Service Information 
 
Maintenance and Repair 
This Unit does not contain any user-serviceable parts inside. Any malfunction of 
the Unit should be reported to Rose Electronics for service. Any discrepancies in 
the operation of the Unit according to this manual should be reported to the 
Technical Support Department of Rose Electronics. 
If we cannot solve your problem and determine that the fault is in the Unit, we will 
issue a Return Authorization (RA) number that must appear on the outside of all 
returned products. The Unit should be double-packed in the original container, 
insured, and shipped to the address given to you by our technical support 
representative or customer service representative. See Limited Warranty for 
further information.

Please Check the Troubleshooting section of this manual for help and possible 
solutions to the problem. Check the Rose Electronics web site at 
www.rose.com
 
for firmware updates that may correct the problems you are having.  
If you cannot determine the nature of a problem and it is not covered in the 
Troubleshooting section, please call Rose Electronics at (281) 933-7673 from 
8:00 am and 6:00pm central time, Monday through Friday and ask for Technical 
Support. 
 
Please be able to state to Technical Support the configuration of all the 
CrystalView Units in your environment associated with the difficulty you are 
having.
