The Modular Workstation
With The Power To Change
Stingray has already transformed
the POS market. Its thoughtful
design and expert engineering give
you the power to change the way you do business, delivering
better value and streamlining operations. By helping to improve
business operations and increase return on investment, Stingray
demonstrates the capabilities of Panasonic’s complete range
of business solutions.
Easy And Cost-Efficient Service
The innovative all-in-one modular design of Stingray reduces total cost of ownership
and greatly simplifies service.  Designed for the end-user and engineered with
components you can easily replace yourself, Stingray enables you to reduce costly
downtime to your business.
Stingray’s LCD display, hard drive, main body, rear display (static or interactive)
and 2/4 line customer order display are user removable and replaceable with
no tools required, through the use of conveniently placed thumb screws. It’s
fast, easy, and cost effective – you can simply replace the module affected,
rather than the entire machine.  Save both time and money with easy do-it-
yourself on-site troubleshooting as well. End-users can simply swap modules
between workstations to isolate for testing and to verify functional status. Or
swap modules from low volume workstations to higher volume workstations to
minimize impact to your restaurant.
Custom-Design Stingray To Meet Your Needs
Stingray’s modular design also enables convenient, cost-effective
customization to meet specific application needs. Configure Stingray with
the confidence of knowing you can make changes at any time. Increase
RAM, swap or change hard drives, remove or replace the LCD display or
switch the display from landscape to portrait, add a card reader where
you want, or add security devices. Stingray integrates with the Panasonic
Toughbook Handheld order taker to keep lines moving. All of which makes
Stingray an even smarter economic choice.
