Chapter 3    Replication Management 

 

(i) Status 

 

Status 

Description 

Fault 

Forcefully separated in the disk array due to a copy fault. 

Abnormal Suspend 

Forcefully suspended in the disk array due to a copy fault. 

 

(ii) Replicate 

Performs Replicate for the selected pair. 

This operation can be performed for a volume in the Fault state. 

(iii) Restore 

Performs Restore for the selected pair. 

This operation can be performed for a volume in the Fault state. 

(iv) Resume 

Copy 

Performs Resume Copy for the selected pair. 

This operation can be performed for a volume in the Abnormal suspend state. 

(v) Forced 

Separate 

Performs Forced Separate for the selected pair. 

This operation can be performed for a volume in the Abnormal suspend state.
