Standard HP POD 20c power up procedure
This procedure is for your reference only and assumes that the POD is fully commissioned and powered up

WARNING:
To avoid risk of personal injury or loss of life, do not open an energized POD
electrical cabinet without an energized work permit and appropriate PPE.
Power up checklist
Site electrical
Verify that all site POD feeder supply breakers are open.
Site mechanical
Verify that the POD supply and return isolation valves are closed.
POD mechanical
Verify that the POD chilled water return butterfly isolation valve is open.
POD electrical
Verify that all site POD feeder supply breakers are open.
Site mechanical
Verify that the POD supply and return isolation valves are closed.

Verify that the POD chilled water return butterfly isolation valve is open.

Hot aisle—Verify that all IT power drop box breakers on the power tap boxes are open.

Cold aisle:

Close all breakers and fuses within the control cabinet.

Close and latch the ECS cabinet.
