Use “High Pressure” to prepare most meals. Cooking at high pressure will make 

tender meats and vegetables in minutes.  
 “Low Pressure” is for cooking delicate fruits and fish.  
The pre-programmed “Rice” setting makes perfect rice every time. 
“Slow Cook”   Replaces the need for another appliance. It’s perfect for all your slow 

cooked favorites. 
“Steam” creates healthy, steamed meals. A rack is included with this appliance to 

add extra versatility.  
“Brown” your meats directly in the cooking vessel before pressure or slow cooking, 

adds color and flavor to any dish.  
Our cooker also offers a “Timer” for delay-start setting, and will automatically go to 

“Keep Warm” after cooking.
