Pre-assembly:
Remove all parts and hardware from box along with any plastic protective packaging.
Do not discard any contents until after assembly is complete to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or
hardware.

(1) Socket Mounting Ring(A)
(1) Lamp Shade (B)
(1) Lamp Socket (C)
(1) Lamp Base (D)
(1) Socket Mounting Ring(A)
(1) Lamp Shade (B)

(1) Lamp Base (D)
Assembly Instructions:
1. Unscrew Socket Mounting Ring (A) from the Lamp Base (D).
2. Insert the Lamp Shade (B) onto the Lamp Socket (C).
3. Screw Socket Mounting Ring (A) onto the Lamp Socket (C).
4. Insert a bulb – Max 150 Watt (Type A) Standard (not included)
into the Lamp Socket (C).
1. Unscrew Socket Mounting Ring (A) from the Lamp Base (D).
2. Insert the Lamp Shade (B) onto the Lamp Socket (C).
3. Screw Socket Mounting Ring (A) onto the Lamp Socket (C).
4. Insert a bulb – Max 150 Watt (Type A) Standard (not included)
into the Lamp Socket (C).
