1.

Remove the front glass. 

(see section 7-6 “Replacing the Ball”)

2.

Remove the front table. 

(see section 7-5 “Replacing the Wire Rope”)

3.

Remove the 4 socket cap screws (M5x16), flat and spring washers
that hold the sub shaft frame in place, and remove the sub shaft
frame.

4.

Remove the sub shaft rubber by unscrewing it from the sub shaft.

5.

Fit the new sub shaft rubber by screwing it in to the sub shaft.

6.

 Reassemble in reverse order.
