CA ARCserve Backup r12 will allow your administrators to

leverage the performance and scalability benefits of 64-bit hardware platform in backup

servers as well as protect applications running in 64-bit operating systems.

If CA ARCserve Backup encounters a bad media, it redirects the

restore job to other media containing the same data without any manual intervention, reducing

your need for human intervention and restore time. 

VSS Incremental/Differential backup support will

reduce the time needed to backup your applications supporting Microsoft VSS framework.
