Your cellar must be properly insulated and vapor sealed in order for these units to function properly. 

Place the unit in a properly ventilated location. If it is not, heat exhausted by the condensing 

unit will build up and the cooling system will not operate properly. 

 

 

To allow for proper ventilation, please 

allow a 36" clearance at the front of 

the unit (cold air intake) as well as 36" 

clearance at the rear of the unit (hot 

air exhaust).
