1. Press the 

 

 button to access the phone book.

2. Press the down 

 button to scroll down the list until the desired name is displayed on the screen.

3. Press 

 

 to dial.

 button until Name displays on the screen.

2. Use the numeric keypad to type a name, then press 

 

To type text characters, press the appropriate key on the numeric keypad (see 

 on page 17). For example, to type a “z” press the 9 key until the low-

ercase z appears—the displayed sequence would be:
9 W X Y Z w x y z.

3. Use the numeric keypad to type the number that corresponds to the name, then press 

 

4. Press 

 

 again to save the changes to the Phone Book.

5. Repeat steps 

 to store additional phone numbers.

2. Press the down 

 button to scroll down the list until the desired name is displayed on the screen.

4. Select Edit and press 

 

 to begin editing.

5. Use the numeric keypad to type a new name, then press

6. Use the numeric keypad to type the new number that corresponds to the name, then press

 to save changes, overwriting the previous name and phone number.
