Refer to the GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS in the INSTALLATION manual for the proper grounding of the washer.53. Do not wash articles that have been previously cleaned in, washed in, soaked in, or spotted with gasoline, dry-cleaning solvents, or other flammable or explosive substances as they give off vapors that could ignite or explode.54. Wash often. Permanent press clothes tend to look clean even when they should be washed.142. Sort loads correctly, refer to Before Washing section.143. Do not wash with lint-shedding loads. Permanent press attracts lint in the wash water.144. Pretreat grease stains and oily areas. This is especially important for shirt collars and cuffs. Rub liquid detergent or a paste of detergent into the area.145. Use the PERMANENT PRESS cycle, hot or warm water, cold rinse, and sufficient detergent.146. Use fabric softener in the rinse water.
