About TTY support
When you turn on TTY support and you connect your BlackBerry smartphone to a TTY device that operates at 45.45 bits 
per second, you can make calls to and receive calls from TTY devices. Your smartphone is designed to convert received 
calls to text that you can read on your TTY device.
If your TTY device is designed for use with a 2.5-mm headset jack, you must use an adapter accessory to connect your TTY 
device to your smartphone. To get an adapter accessory that Research In Motion has approved for use with your

Voice mail
Set up your voice mail
Your voice mail account, password, and greeting are created within your wireless service provider's voice mail system. 
Depending on your wireless service provider, the method for changing your voice mail password or greeting might differ. 
After purchasing your smartphone, consult your wireless service provider's instructions for setting up your voice mail 
password, greeting, and other voice mail options. If you need additional information about voice mail management, contact 
your wireless service provider.
Set up automatic dialing for voice mail access
You can set up your smartphone to access your voice mail automatically, by storing the voice mail password. With the voice 
mail password stored you don't have to enter it manually each time you retrieve your voice mail messages. To access your 
voice mail messages you need the voice mail access number and a password. The voice mail access number is the phone
