Set a countdow n tim er

1. In Idle m ode, press <M enu> 

→ Planner → Tim er.

2. Press <Set>.
3. Enter hours or m inutes to count dow n and press 

<O K >.

4. Press the Centre key to begin or pause the 

countdow n.

5. W hen the tim er expires, press <O K > to stop the 

alert.

U se the stopw atch

1. In Idle m ode, press <M enu> 

→ Planner → 

Stopw atch.

2. Press the Centre key to begin and record lap tim es 

(up to 4).

3. Press <Stop> to stop the stopw atch.
4. Press <Reset> to clear recorded tim es.

Create a text m em o

1. In Idle m ode, press <M enu> 

→ Planner → M em o.

2. Press <Create>.
3. Enter your m em o text and press the Centre key.
