Select in the current over-

view.

Appointments (p. 96) and where 

applicable any open tasks (p. 98) for 

the current day are displayed in chro-

nological order in the agenda.

Create new entry as appointment or 

as task.

Different functions are provided, 

depending on the Calendar item 

selected or the current organizer 

function: 

Open menu.

Display entry.

Change task to "com-

pleted".

Open the entry to edit.

Create new entry as 

Delete selected entry.

Delete all entries after 

confirmation.

Activate highlighting mode, 

the entry currently selected 

is highlighted (p. 117).

Activate highlighting mode,
