For more information about the STK applications 

available on your SIM card, contact your service 

provider.

Open the phone keypad, tap 

é

, tap Insert, 

then select Insert+ to insert your local international 

access code (indicated by +). Then, tap the keypad 

keys to dial the country code and phone number.

Tap and hold the 0 key on the phone 

keypad to insert your international access code.

To put all active calls on hold, tap Hold. Tap Hold again 

to resume the call.

To turn off your phone’s microphone during a call, 

tap Mute. Tap Mute again to resume the call.

When you’re on a call, you’ll hear an alert if 

you receive a second call.

Tap Answer to put the first call on hold and answer the 

new call.

To switch between calls, tap Switch.

To connect the two calls, tap Link.
