Thank you for purchasing the Samson Resolv 40a Studio Reference Monitor System. The Samson
Resolv 40a is a self-powered 40 Watt monitor system featuring an extended range 4" copolymer
woofers and a 1” treated textile dome tweeters. The Resolv 40a system features one active monitor
for the Left-side and a passive monitor for the Right-side. The Right-side unit houses the internal 2
by 20 watt stereo power amplifier and features a front panel volume control. On the rear panel you'll
find the AC-inlet, Power switch and Terminal Cup for connecting the Left-side passive monitor. The
Resolv 40a's attractive enclosures incorporate rear venting for extended low frequency response. The
Resolv 40a is an ideal near field monitor system for studios, video post production suites, fixed instal-
lations or where great sound is desired.
