Troubleshooting
Insertion Unit

Open the top cover of the Document Insertion/Folding Unit or Document Insertion Unit .

Remove any jammed paper from the top cover .
1. Remove all of the paper that is not jammed.
2. Remove any jammed paper.
3. Close the top cover.

Open the front cover and the insertion unit .
1. Open the front cover.
2. Open the insertion unit.
