8 Gently slide the monitor 

so the bezel is no longer 

supported by the object 

and let the bezel rest on 

the protective surface.

 

 The CRT and 

deflection board are 

connected only by cables. 

Support both when lifting or 

connectors may be damaged.

 

 User brightness 

and contrast controls will 

 

 support the weight of the  

video and deflection board 

assembly. Set the assembly 

on supports or the controls 

may be damaged.
