Should an error occur, first check the following points:

Driver Installation not possible

Ø 

Check if the RX Computer USB transceiver correctly fits into

      the USB port.
Ø 

Check the Installation help files at www.elinchrom.com / 

      Support.
Ø 

Use the correct Driver file for your operating system.

RX-Unit is not found in the
 EL-Skyport software

Ø

   Check if Transceiver RX on the RX unit and the EL-Skyport. 

      software is configured with the same Frequency channel!
Ø

   Switch on only one RX unit for testing.

Distance range is too small

Ø 

Reposition the unit.

Ø 

Increase the distance to walls and ceilings.

Ø 

Position the antenna of Transmitter and Transceiver RX .

Ø 

Use an RX extension cable to reduce the distance between

     the USB RX SPEED and the Transceiver RX modules.

This device has been tested and found to comply with the requirements set

up in the council directive on the approximation of the law of member states 

relating to EMC Directive 2004/108/EG and 2006/95/EG. Low Voltage Direc-

tive R&TTE 99/5/EG.
