Any time outside a sale (operable on Master Terminal)

OPERATION

Mode Lock: X and IN-LINE Lamp illuminated

OK: The terminal condition is normal.
?: No response (power-OFF, etc.)
BUSY: The terminal is busy

(during a sale, etc.).

Blank: Other statuses
