Use the numeric buttons to enter the date (month/day/year) and time (in 24-hour format)

Enter only the last 2 digits of the year.

Registering Your Fax Number and Name
Follow this procedure to register your fax/telephone number and name:

Press [Menu].

(-)] or [
(+)] to select <4.FAX SETTINGS>
➞ press [OK] four times.

Use the numeric buttons to enter your fax/telephone number (Max. 20 digits, including spaces)
➞ press
[OK].

Press [Menu]
➞ [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <2.UNIT NAME> ➞ press [OK].

Use the numeric buttons to enter your name (Max. 24 characters, including spaces)
➞ press [OK].
