If the CLEAR COPY appears in the display, there is a copy jam.

There are three possible locations:

Cassette entrance

Inside the machine

p

Copy feed-out area

Cassette Entrance

1. Pull open the cassette. 

2. Gently pull out the misfed paper. 

Do not leave any pieces inside.
