CHAPTER 2 Basic Operations

 

The submenu frame displays the menu selected from the navigation bar in the 
information frame.

The following applies to the displayed menu:

z Up to three layers of submenus are displayed.
z One of the following icons is displayed to the left of each submenu item to indicate 

whether the item has a lower layer:

 

: The submenu item has a lower layer of items. :

 

: The submenu item has a lower layer of items, and the expanded node 

 

displays these items.

 

: The submenu item has no lower layer of items.

z A submenu item is displayed in reverse video when the cursor is placed on it.
z Selection of an item is indicated by a different background color.
