Connecting a PC to the KX-HGW600
Before connecting a PC to the KX-HGW600, make sure Obtain an IP address

1.
Turn off the PC.
2.
Connect the Ethernet cable (customer provided) to one of the LAN 1—4 jacks of
the KX-HGW600.

Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet jack of the PC.
Note
All Ethernet jacks have an automatic MDI/MDIX feature, which means either a
"straight" or "cross" cable can be used to connect to any jack. The KX-HGW600
will automatically detect which cable has been inserted.
