Monitor Out port
Outputs the image signal from the computer 
connected to the Computer1 input port to an 
external monitor. This is not available for 
component video

Audio Out port
Outputs the sound of the image currently being 
projected to external speakers.

When controlling the projector from a 
computer, connect it to the computer with an 
RS-232C cable. This port is for control use and 
should not normally be used. s

Receives signals from the remote control.

The security slot is compatible with the 
Microsaver Security System manufactured by

USB port (Type A)

Connects the memory for compatible digital 
cameras and USBs, and projects image/movie 
files and scenarios with the PC Free of 
EasyMP. s

LAN port 
(EMP-1825 only)
When a LAN cable is connected, you can 
monitor and control the projector over a LAN.

USB port (Type B) Connects the projector to a computer by a 
USB cable, and the image on the computer is
