From the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Printers to display 
the Printers directory.

Display the printer driver settings:
# Windows 2000

—Right-click the KONICA MINOLTA magicolor 2500W 

printer icon and choose Printing Preferences.

# Windows Me/98SE

—Right-click the magicolor 2500W printer icon 

and choose Properties, then select Printer Properties.
