Load your original document in the MFP.

Touch E-mail.

Enter an e-mail address.

Touch Options.

Touch the Smallest File Size button to reduce the scan dpi of the image that will be sent.

Note: Reducing the file size also reduces the image quality.

Press Start to send your job.
