BUS_RATE_LIMIT
Use the SET BPORT_LEC BUS_RATE_LIMIT command to set the BUS rate from
the DMM. BPORT is an abbreviation for Bridge Port.

Example
The following command sets the LEC in slot 4, port 1 to a BUS rate limit of
5000:
