Transmission medium
Data transmission at 10 Mbps and at 100 Mbps is over two wire pairs (pin 1, 2, 3,
6) of the twisted pair cable. For 10 Mbps, at least a category 3 (Cat 3) and for 100
Mbps, at least a four wire cable (2x2) is necessary.

Connectors
