Exported displays
Viewing an exported real-time display
You must view an exported real-time displays, to print the display.
Prerequisites
Log on to Real-Time Reporting. See 
.
Procedure steps

From the Displays menu, select Manage Exported Displays

In the right pane, from the list of HTML files, click the name of the file to view. 
The snapshot of the real-time display grid appears in a new Internet Explorer window.

To print the exported grid, in Internet Explorer, from the File menu, select Print.

To view the colored rows of the real-time display, in the Print dialog box, select a color 
printer.

Click Print.

You can export real-time displays to open the file in a new Internet Explorer window.

In the left pane, double-click the real-time display grid to export.

On the real-time display grid, click Export.

To open the file in a new Internet Explorer window, click View.

Changing the file name prefix of exported real-time display grids
You can choose the prefix to appear in the file name when you export the real-time 
display grids to the Contact Center Manager Administration server as HTML files. An 
example of the prefix for the Consolidated Skillset Display is ConsolidatedSS.
