Edit Existing User Information 
All users can edit their own Passwords, but only Administrators can edit all other User information (except 
Login Name). Observers and Operators cannot change any User Information.  
If the user is logged in at the time the Administrator is editing that User’s information, only the 
Information and Password fields can be changed. 

 

To Edit Existing Information: 
1.  Click on the User Name to modify that user’s information. 
2.  Click on the [Edit] button. 
3.  Update the desired fields – only those fields that you are allowed to change, based on your user type, 

are enabled. 

4.  Click on the [Update] button. 
5.  Click on the [Save] button. 
 

Delete a User 
To Delete an Existing User: 
1.  Click on the User Name of the user to be deleted. 
2.  Click on the [Remove] button. 
3.  Click on the [Save] button.
