1) POWER ON/OFF
Turns the recorder on and off.
2) OPEN/CLOSE
Opens or closes the disc tray.
3) DISC TRAY
To insert/remove a disc.

Operation indicators are displayed here.
5) PLAY
Plays a disc.
6) STOP
Stops playing or recording a disc.
7) PAUSE
Pauses playing or recording a disc.
8) PREVIOUS/NEXT
Goes to the next title/chapter/track, or goes back to the
previous title/chapter/track.
9) RECORD
Starts recording.
10) INPUT
Selects equipment connected to the AV inputs.

Connects to a digital video camcorder.
