Player does not turn on.
If the player is completely discharged, use the 24PIN USB Multi-Cable to recharge.
It takes about 4 hours to complete recharging.
Cannot download from PC.
If the player is set to MTP (Media Transfer Protocol), you must have Windows Media Player 10 or
later installed in a Windows XP environment.
Cannot play movies.
To play movies, convert movie files after installing the Transcoder program included in your CD.
For more information, please refer to the user’s manual in the CD.
Cannot view images.
Check to see if there are any image files saved in the Viewer folder.
Only image files in JPEG and BMP format can be viewed.
Player does not operate properly.
If the player does not work properly, press the RESET hole on the player with a small pin.
The player will then operate normally.
No radio frequency is received.
Earphones must be connected to the player when searching for radio frequencies.
Reception may be poor depending on location or environment. In this case, try increasing the
frequency sensitivity from the Radio Setting menu.
