The 9316CW has a back-lit three-line display that uses icons and messages to give you 
call information.

 A sample Callers List screen is shown below.

The 9316CW’s set indicator light lets you know that your Voice Mail system has a mes-
sage for you. The set indicator light flashes slowly and the display shows Message Wait-
ing 

after your Voice Mail has received a call. Contact your local telephone company to 

find out how you can subscribe to Message Waiting (Voice Mail) services.

There may be times when Message Waiting appears on the display when there are no 
more voice messages. You can turn the display message off using the Clear Message Wait-
ing feature.

Note: This only applies when you subscribe to Voice Mail services from your telephone 

company.
