You have the option of renaming a voice note, or assigning it to a 
different category.

 In the Home screen, press the left soft key 

< 

[Start] select Voice Notes and press 

O [OK].

 Select the voice note to delete.

 Press [Menu] then select Rename and press 

O 

[OK].

 Enter a new name.

 Press [Done].
