set ftp server
You can set or change the FTP server information by issuing the set ftp server command.
Syntax: set ftp server <IP address>
Arguments:
Syntax: set ftp server <IP address>
Arguments:
IP address IP address of the FTP server in standard notation
Example:
In this example, the IP address of the FTP server is set to 171.15.1.230.
set ftp user
You need to set the 5100/6100 VDR to remember the FTP server user name by issuing the set
ftp user command. This command requires a save command.
Syntax: set ftp user <username>
Argument:
Syntax: set ftp user <username>
Argument:
username
your username as defined on the FTP server; must conform to the FTP server
username requirements
Example:
In this example, the ftp user name is set to “green123”.
