Deleting a user
You can delete a user from the User Table by issuing the set user delete command. This
command is restricted to users with root privileges. The 5100/6100 VDR does not prompt you
for confirmation of a deletion. Root users cannot delete their own account to prevent a lockout
situation from access to the 5100/6100 VDR at the root level.
Syntax: set user delete <username>

the name of the user you need to delete
Example:
In this example, the user, emmett_otter, is deleted. You can verify the user deletion by issuing the
show user table command.
Modifying user password
You can modify a user in the User Table by issuing the set user modify password command.
Only Root level users may change the user identity information of users; the exception is that
individual users may change their own passwords. The specified user must exist in the User Table
or the command will be rejected. When the username is not supplied, the currently logged in user
is used. The password can be up to 15 consecutive characters; spaces are not allowed.
