The Volume key
Use the Volume configuration window to
set the volume of all voice prompts every
time the Traffic Assist Highspeed is start-
ed. Depending on the situation, you can
also adjust the volume in the map display.

> Confirm your settings by hitting the

The Speed key
Use the Speed configuration window to
choose whether or not you wish to have
speed limits displayed during navigation.
You can also choose whether or not to re-
ceive an acoustic warning if you exceed
the speed limit.

The following settings are possible.

Allowed

With this option, the
corresponding road type
is included in the route
calculation.

Avoid

With this option, wher-
ever possible, the corre-
sponding road type is
avoided.

Not permitted With this option, the

corresponding road type
is not included in the
route calculation.

The volume of the navigation unit
should be set so that noises outside the
vehicle can be heard.

  The Show signs button

allows you to show traffic
signs if you exceed the
speed limit.

 

The In town button indi-
cates the speed limit
above which you will re-
ceive an acoustic warning
when driving in built-up
areas.
