Comprehensive Reporting to Measure Performance 
A wide variety of fully configurable reports on inbound and outbound call activities 
provide the information you need to measure and improve performance. Call volume, 
handling time, service levels and staff requirements can be analyzed in a variety of 
ways. Discovery Manager can examine workload trends and compare staff availability to 
actual needs. Access to unlimited historical data can be used to forecast future trends. 
Discovery Manager provides dozens of report templates to start you in the right direction 
and present the information you need in typical formats. Each report can then be set up 
to display only the information needed. There are also over 30 reporting events, which 
can be mixed and matched to create special reports. You select all the parameters, 
including the desired period. With Discovery Manager, your reports can include 
information from the very first day it was installed, if needed! Reports can even be 
scheduled to run automatically, saving the user time and effort. 
Discovery Manager’s flexibility can support your present account coding system for 
reporting purposes. Agents can enter account codes to describe the nature of the call in 
progress. Up to 9 digits can be entered per account code and up to 20 account codes 
can be entered per call.
