Advantages to this method include: 

•  No action required on the user’s part. Just log into your PC, and when you open email 

your voice messages/faxes are already there waiting for you.  

•  Access voice and fax messages in your email box. 

Conditions: 

•  The client PC must be able to reach the PathFinder

over the network. 

•  The client PC’s email program must be configured to poll a second source for email—the 

PathFinder

•  Voice email messages only get placed into the client’s email Inbox when the PC client is 

running and able to poll the PathFinder
