The Microsoft Network Client is not installed. Follow this procedure:
1. On the Windows desktop, click [Start], point to [Settings], then
click [Control Panel].
2. In the Control Panel window, double-click [Network].
3. On the Configuration tab, check whether “Client for Microsoft
Networks” is installed. If it is not installed, click Add.
4. In the Select Network Component Type dialog box, click Client,
then click Add.
5. In the Select Network Client dialog box, click [Microsoft] and
[Client for Microsoft Networks], then click OK.
6. In the Network dialog box, click OK.
7. Restart your PC.
8. Reinstall the MultiPASS Suite (Setup Sheet).
During installation, you were prompted to connect a USB
cable, and you could not proceed further.

Remove the device from the Device Manager as follows:

exit installation of the MultiPASS Suite.
