Upgrading the card pairs on your current Voice Gateway 4000 involves following 
the steps outlined in 

Chapter 2

 and 

Chapter 3

 of this guide. These steps can be 

followed for all upgrades and must be done in the order as they appear in this 
guide.

Configuring the Software

Be sure you understand all steps within the installation process 

before beginning the installation. This will prevent errors during the 
installation process.
