Edit dialog box, the “Accept Changes” in the lower right hand corner
of the dialog box will become available. Your edits will only take
effect after you click “Accept Changes.” If you do not want to keep
the changes you made to your Macro, hit “Cancel” to close the
Macro Edit dialog box.
Assigning Macros
Assigning a Macro associates the Macro with a specific DX1 Key (for
a given Program Profile). When you press the DX1 Key in the
program for which you have a Profile, the corresponding Macro will
play. When you first install the DX1 Input System, there are no
Macros assigned to any of your DX1 Keys. Macros can be assigned
to DX1 Keys in several ways. Within Ergodex Manager, you can drag
a Macro and drop it onto a Key image in the Key Assignment table.
Alternately, you can drag a Key image from the table and drop it onto
a Macro in the Macro list.
