1. Switch off the host system.
2. Disconnect the keyboard from the host computer.
3. Use the appropriate keyboard wedge cables to connect the MicroBar NX
between the keyboard and the host computer.
4. Connect your data input devices to the MicroBar NX.
5. If your host system requires an external power supply:
•
Connect the power supply (jack or modular plug) to the MicroBar NX.
•
Plug the power supply into the mains socket.
6. Switch on the host system.

Do not switch on the host system until you have connected up and plugged in
the external power supply.
