       Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until

  it becomes elastic and springs back when 
       touched.
       Shape into a flat circle, place on a baking tray,

  make holes with the end of a wooden spoon 
       5 cm apart over the surface of the dough.
       Cover and let rest in a warm place for 20—25

  minutes until almost doubled in size.
 
       Brush surface with olive oil, sprinkle with sea

  salt, oregano and basil.
       Bake in a preheated 340…F oven for 26—30

  minutes.

milk powder

bread improver, optional

       Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until

       Divide into 6 balls or 2 large balls, and place

  in warm area for 10 minutes.
       Shape each ball into a flat circle. Place the

  circles on a baking tray and prick with a fork.
       Let rest for 15 minutes at room

  temperature.
       Brush each circle with 2 tablespoons tomato
6
  paste. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. 
       Top with your favorite topping, such as sliced 
       onions, pepperoni, prochuto ham, olives.
       Bake in a preheated 340…F oven for 15—20

  minutes.
