By default, LSR ID is not defined.
Enabling MPLS and 
Entering MPLS View
In system view, you can first enable MPLS globally and enter MPLS view using the 
mpls command. Then you can directly enter MPLS view after using the mpls 
command in system view.
Use the mpls command in VLAN interface view to enable MPLS on the VLAN 
interface.
By default, MPLS is not enabled.

It refers to specifying filtering policy as all or ip-prefix.
Perform the following configuration in MPLS view.

When a Label Mapping event is received, use the IP address prefix filtering policy 
to control the acceptance of label binding.
Perform the following configurations in system view.
