Configuration procedure 
Configure VPN instances 
# Configure two instances VPN1 and VPN2 on the MCE device, with the RD values of the two VPN 
instances being 10:1 and 20:1. Configure the VPN target values of the two VPN instances as 10:1 and 
20:1 for both the import and export extended community attribute list.
