Parameter
priority: Priority of the C-BSR, in the range of 0 to 255. A larger value means a 
higher priority.
Description
Use the c-bsr priority command to configure the global C-BSR priority.
Use the undo c-bsr priority command to restore the default setting.
By default, the C-BSR priority is 0.
