acl-number: IPv4 ACL number in the range 2000 to 4999, where:

2000 to 2999 for basic IPv4 ACLs

3000 to 3999 for advanced IPv4 ACLs

4000 to 4999 for Ethernet frame header ACLs

Description
Use the reset acl counter command to clear statistics about specified or all IPv4
ACLs except for user-defined ACLs.
