serial-number: Specifies the serial number of a card, in the format of
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX, in which X represents a
character. The character can be a letter (case sensitive), a number, + or (/).

Description
Use the license register command to register the software serial number for a
device.
